Over time Pat O Neill has gained valuable experience working within the Irish & International Hotel industry.
Pat began his Hotel career with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Cork . Pat spent some time in Central Reservations & Customer Services. He also setup the GDS helpdesk for the EAME region & was part of the team that rolled out the Best Available Rate strategy also for EAME.
Pat also spent some time in Bahrain as Area Revenue Manager for Sheraton Hotels in the Gulf.
On his return to Ireland Pat O Neill worked as Group Revenue Manager for Choice Hotels Ireland and rolled out yield management & helped implement a structured pricing policy within Quality Hotels & Comfort Inns Ireland.
He also helped to grow substantially the Groups Web & Central Reservations Business.
More recently Pat has acted as a consultant to Individual businesses including D4 Hotels in Dublin. The Montenotte Hotel & the Castlemartyr Resort in Cork.
Pat has also advised the Boardwalk Bar & Grill in Cork on their Website Strategy.
