			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>According to media reports banks maybe waiting until the National Asset Management Agency sets up before they pull the plug on failing Hotels.</p>
<p>Everyone in the Irish Hotel industry knows that some new Hotels opened in parts of the Country that were always going to be a tough sell.  Even in good times.</p>
<p>No one wants to see any Hotel close but some will before the year is out.</p>
<p>Hotels that react to current market conditions will be stronger when any recovery happens.  A strong flexible Pricing &amp; Online strategy is a must.  As they say.  You snooze you lose.</p>
